every time that i try to open a document that has been
previously saved in word i get a box that says that the
file is not available. it does this for all of the files
that i have or try to save. then when i try to exit out
of word a box pops up saying that the file normal already
exists do i want to replace it. if i hit yes then the
document just closes. but if i hit no then a "save as"
box pops up and tells me to save normal under templates
when i hit save it closes but when i hit cancel a box
then pops up saying that changes have been made that
affect the global template, normal. do i want to save
those changes. i have tried the different options and
then tried to come back to word but my saved documents
still won't open.
