can't open a power point file because some part of the file is mis

Please help me. I received this ppt file from my friend. i can't open it
because of the above reason i get, when i try to open it. though i know file
is complete.
 
get Office 2003 sp1
if you have norton av uncheck the option to "protect office documents"
its in the misc options
