can't music

ok Movie Maker can import an audio file but crashes when I add it to the
movie. Any song i add it does that call someone plz help me i tryed
everything and i mean everything if u know what the promblem is or what i
can do to fix it email me at (e-mail address removed) it always wasn't like
this
