Can't move message more than once

Have a client who uses Outlook 2003 at home. He can move a message to a
sub-folder no problem, but if he needs to move it to a different folder, he
gets the following message:

“Can’t move the items. The item could not be moved. It was either already
moved, or deleted, or access was denied.â€

Message also appears if email highlighted and then choosing Edit/Move to
Folder.

Any ideas?

You're welcome! :)

Yup, it's one of those odd things when a corrupted items is in the Deleted
Items folder. A move operation is a copy and then delete so basically passes
the Deleted Items folder.

Besides the deleted items folder, check their pst size if its a 97-2002 pst
it starts to cap out around 2gb. Create another pst (the 2003 and beyond
version) and try moving items there. This solution worked for my situation.
