Can't logon to Microsoft

All of a sudden the only microsoft web site I can log on
to is this one. I get the "wed site not found" screen for
everything else. That includes:
Microsoft.com, Windowsupdate.microsoft.com, etc.
 
No, I am not using a Proxy Srever, that I know of. I am
also having trouble with Outlook Express locking up the
1st time I log on. I cancel out and the second time I log
on it runs ok. Could they be related?

OE locking up could suggest a corrupt Inbox, but I would doubt if the 2 are connected. Have you tried clearing out your TIF folder, cookies and deleting the IE History? Other reason that you may be getting the 'web site not found' error message could be a fault with your DNS server. Have you contacted your ISP to see if they have any problems?
