Can't logon Interactively

On a XP Pro PC, I have set up Remote Desktop by checking
off the check box in the Remoted Window in system
properties and the user is in the local administrators
group. I am unable to remotely control the desktop as the
following message pops up "The local policy of this
system does not permit you to logon interactively". I
have added the user to the Select Remote Desktop group
but this doesn't help. We use Windows 2000 AD and the
user has Terminal Services checked off in their account.
I have many other users that susessfully use the Remote
Desktop feature. The only difference is that this PC was
upgraded from Win 2000, the other are new instalations of
XP Pro.

Thanks a million for pointing me in the right direction.
As it turns out in the "Local Policy | Users Rights
Assignment | Allow logon through Terminal Services" I
added the Local "Administrators" and the "Remote Desktop
Users" groups. For some reson these were missed during
the upgrade. Works fine now!
