Can't log on to Windows

I have tried to change my settings so as to never have to
type-in a password to access my computer.

Now, when I boot up, the Windows log-on screen still
appears but will accept NO password at all.

Anyone know how to acces password dialogue at this point?
I can't get through to safe mode as I need a password.

Try Ctl+Alt+Del
If you did, try it twice. It takes twice when you have the
Welcome screen enabled (default).
