Hmm..I've heard about this problem before, but only with
SP2. Is there a chance you can update your VPn/proxy
solution to see if this fixes the problem?

Well, the host server is running proxy service pack 1. The
other proxy does not have this service pack installed.
However this does not appear to be an issue because a
similar server located in Austraila does not have any of
these problems.

What were the circumstances surrounding the problems with SP2?

When you say "update" the VPN solution, are you referring
to upgrading to ISA?

Thanks.
Scott.

Hi M,

Thank you for the posting. As you indicated when users connect to the term
server, they are shown blanks for username and password. but not domain.
If they click on the little arrow for more options, the domain blank still
doesn't appear. When the users try to authenticate, it fails naturally
because there is no domain.

The problem is usually with SP2 was with ICA, You could upgrade to ISA,
which is an practicable way. You can download a trial version of ISA to
test it out though.

Please let me know if the above information and suggestion helps and
answers your question. If anything is unclear, please let me know.

Sincerely,
