Cant load Task Manager & MS config

Hi I m running XP Pro my computer was running fine till my kid ran AOL IM
now I can not run my Task Manager or MS Config when I click on each one it
pops up for 3 seconds then goes away I have Noron antivirus 2005 running
with all the live updates and scan done but nothing deteckted I reloaded
service pack 2 and reloaded norton still nothing any suggestions ???? thanks

This is usually caused by malware / viruses. Try Trend Micro's Sysclean
package (free), it's capable of eliminating keyloggers, trojans etc. Full
