can't launch outlook express

I installed Norton Internet security a few days ago. I tried to open outlook
express today and I can't get it to open. I am not sure if the two are
related but can anybody help me launch outlook express?

Try the Outlook Express newsgroups. You will find they'll tell you to
uninstall NIS, which is considered by many to be the root of all evil.

Maybe you should turn of automatic e-mail scanning, for starters. Then you
