Duane, since this is your second post, I am assuming that when you
reboot your computer it continues to go into Safe Mode. This is
indicative of other problems, not just that you can't install a game.
You need to start with reinstalling your video card drivers. Also, look
in Event Viewer (found in the Administrative Tools applet from Control
Panel) and see if there are any clues. Post back with details about
your system for more help. If you can't do this yourself, then take the
machine to a good local computer repair shop (not Best Buy or CompUSA).
