Can't install Service Pack 2

Hi all

When I try to install SP2 I the installation aborts and I get the message:

To complete installation of Service Pack 2, Setup requires an additional
download. Please install Service Pack 2 again.

Every time I try to install I get the same message. So I'm assuming that
I've got a bad download, but windows update won't let me because I have
already downloaded it and I'm prompted to install again.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

and order the CD.
