Cant install patch even Administrator Account logon

Hi~ I got the problem when install Windows Security
Patch , that pc joined AD Domain , after I click the patch
file the system show the message is "You do not have
permission to update windows xp,please contact your system
administrator" , I try to install it at safe mode and the
message still here , some pc I can install but some pc
just show the message, could anyone help ?
