can't install canon pixma ip4200

i messed up my computer by hitting system config. when it came back from
repair all of my programs are there but nothing installed. i'm trying to
install my printer but its no longer listed in printers and i can't find the
disk. can anyone help?!! also, i am having trouble reinstalling alot of my
programs. can anyone walk me through installation? thanks!!

First of all, ensure the spooler is started.
