Can't insert sounds in e-mails for Outlook 2003

When I try to insert a sound in my e-mails using the web tools sound icon, I
get the message, "This object was created in HTMLInlineSoundCtl. This
application is not available to open this object". HELP!!

This is expected behavior once SP2 for Windows XP is applied. There is no
fix from Microsoft for this and last I heard, they didn't intend to fix.
