cant insert a row it says cant move objects off sheet?

I want to insert a row in my worksheet and I can't figure out why it won't
let me it also says can't move objects off page? I have been adding to this
page and it has worked fine up until now.

Check the bottom of your worksheet, you have some data at the bottom that is
preventing you from inserting new rows. I would clear all the rows from your
last row of data to the last row in the worksheet.

That should correct your problem.

sounds like excel is confused and needs to have it used range reset.

Try changing the object condition by clicking office - excel settings - advanced - under "display settings for this workbook" - Choose "all" instead of "nothing hidden"
The terms abobe are what I belice they are in the english version, since I only have the Danish one, but it worked for me.
