cant import file

i get an error message The file C:\Documents and Settings\bradley\My
Documents\My Videos\VIDEO_TS\VTS_02_0.IFO is not a supported file type, and
it cannot be imported into Windows Movie Maker.
what can i use to change the format i used nero 6 to record to my pc from
video camera

I think you used Nero 6 to create a DVD file (IFO file) instead click
"Capture Video" from Nero StartSmart to capture the video.
