Can't get through setup

Due to dead slow internet and generally slow computer I
decided to re-install Windows. During the installation it
asked me if I wanted to repair it. I said yes. Now it
gets up to the point where it installs COM1 and just sits
there forever. What do I do to start setup all over
again? If I turn of the computer it starts setup halfway
through where I can't choose clean install. Someone help!

Have you tried disabling com1 in the bios
