Can't get rid of Panda Software

Hey, everyone,

I need help

When I installed panda antivirus Platinum 7.1, it would not update, and it
slowed my computer. Now I want to uninstall it, and when I click on remove,
it does not do anything. Is there a download to remove Panda?? Such as an
uninstaller?,
I contacted Panda but they said they need the number that came with the CD ,
but I installed it from a modem CD(NetoDragon) and it did not included a CD.
Please help!

If there is no uninstaller available,
Should I reinstall, but when I reinstall, there is no repair, nor uninstall
option, there is only to continue,, its like if it does not recognizes the
installation.
