Cant get remote desktop web access to work

I'm attempting to set up remote desktop web access. My desktop (Host) is
running Windows XP Media Center Addition and my laptop is running XP
Professional. I can get the remote desktop to work over a router Ethernet
connection but I cant get it to work over the web. If anyone has any
suggestions I would appreciate it.

to make tsweb work, you also need to open the port 80.
