Can't get real time protection to enable or activate

I'm having problems trying to activate the real time
protection with Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta. When i first
downloaded it, it worked fine. Now all of a sudden i
can't activate it...what is a solution???

º1^ Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)
2^ Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without
the quotes).
3^ Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware"ºª
