Can't get outlook to send messages out.

when i am in yahoo i click on to send something to someone and it won't let
it be sent to them it keeps it. outlook won't send out my messages.

Please post this question either in an Outlook newsgroup
(microsoft.public.outlook.<whatever>) or direct it to Yahoo technical
support. This newsgroup is for a different program, the database
software Microsoft Access.
