can't get out of safe mode.

Recently, something happened on my computer to where my internet wouldn't
work & then my dad did something to it to put it in safe mode & now i don't
know how to get out of it. does anyone know how to deactivate safe mode & go
back to what it was like before?

Just reboot.

Click the start button and type 'msconfig' and hit <enter>. Go to the boot
tab and uncheck the Safe Boot option.

Just do what Rich said Re Boot. You do not need to uncheck it because you
might need to go there one day again. It the safe load without drivers
loading so you can fix your problem but let dad go in and tell him to get
out again before he leaves.

If the boot in Safe Mode option is checked - do as Rich sugggested -
uncheck it or you will always boot into Safe Mode.

However as IAN states - if the computer will not boot normally -
troubleshooting is required.. If computer boots in Safe Mode and not
"normally" a driver is at fault.

If it's checked, the system will only boot to Safe mode. If it's needed
again in the future, one need only recheck it.
