Cant get on internet... 0x7c3efb61 / 0xfa8b6373

not able to get on internet.. When reboot get msg " the instruction @
0x7c3efeb61 referenced memory @ 0xfa8b6373 the memory could not be written...
Also had a box that read "outdated database version please exit and
re-install BackWeb... Could use some help.... Tnx John

Back Web is a bit suspicious. It may be that an update process using it has
gone awry. (You likely don't need the process anyway.)
