Can't get network and dialup connection to VPN

Hi,
when I get to the network and dial up wizard for
connecting to a vpn in the 5 choces I have the one I want
to make (select a connection through a vpn connection
tunnel) is NOT highlighted and therefore I can't choose
it. Can anyone help me out?
