Add VPN Tunnel Option is Grayed-Out

Hi, I'm trying to add a VPN connection in Win2000 Pro so
that I can connect to my school's network. The problem is
that when I go into the Make New Connection wizard in
Network and Dial-up Connections, "Dial Up to Private
Network", "Connect to a private network through the
internet" (VPN), and "Connect directly to another
computer" are all grayed out and not selectable. If anyone
can tell me why this is happening and how to fix it I'd
appreciate it. Thanks.

Check if "Remote Access Connection Manager" Service is enabled and started.

Got it figured out. My Telephony and Remote Access stuff
was turned off in the Services portion of the Control
Panel. For anyone else who has this problem, try making
sure telephony is enabled.
