My computer froze and I pulled the power plug. I tried to
restart the computer, but it prompts that an error has
been detected and to avoid any further damage Windows can
not start. I tried to press F8 as soon as I started, but
the same message keeps popping up. I can't seem to get
into the safe mode or to start windows normally. Please
help as I have no one in the family who knows what to do.
