Can't get into website

Whenever I try to get into WebCT from my computer at
home, I get sent to a page that says:

You might not have permission to view this directory or
page using the credentials you supplied.

or page, please try to contact the Web site by using any
e-mail address or phone number that may be listed on the
webct3.metnet.edu home page.

You can click Search to look for information on the
Internet

CAn anyone tell me what this means???
