Can't get into any of my drives

I can't use my floppy drive...CD Rom...my zip drive..or my
cd player..my computer says that they all are working
properly...this is the message I get when I try to open
any of them...

Windows Explorer
A:/ is not accessible
Incorrect Function

Any help would be greatly appreciated....
