can't get email

I am using Outlook 2000 SP1, (SP3 causes problems with attachments).
have about 120 clients. There are 3 clients who cannot receive th
message body (it is blank), from another particular client, althoug
they can receive it from anyone else who forwards it to them. Outloo
has been removed and re-installed without any improvement. All client
have Win98SE, Outlook is configured the same on each computer
 
What message format is being used? What attachment problems do you have with
SP3?
