can't get email from contact

My son is in my contact list and he is sending me emails but I am never
receiving them. They are not in my junk folder, I don't have him blocked

My son says the messages aren't getting returned. Where are they going and
how can we correct this so I can get the email from him.

I am using Outlook 2003

Sounds like the problem is more on his server end than on yours. Start by
having heim verify that the messages are reaching his mail server.
