can't generate report with the update like a lot of people : what microsoft do ?

I do not understand. I have installed bcm and it works. When I have
installed the upate, i can't get any reports anymore !!!!!

I can see that a lot of people have the same problem !!!!???

Why do we not find answer ?

Microsoft forget us ? I have paid thi software for nothing ???

Can you try doing a reinstall of BCM from add /remove programs and see if it
works

The BCM update is free. You should have a talk with whoever charged you
for it.

In the meantime, you can search this newsgroup for Crystal Reports and
fixing problematic versions of it.
