Cannot generate reports after BCM v2 update

I run the update v2 for BCM and was not able to generate reports anymore.
Does anybody know the solution to this problem? I read that one solution is
to uninstall v2, but how do we install its components later on?

Search on Sherpa and there are two resolutions in that thread.

I also got mine to work again by right-clicking each one and associating it
to Outlook instead of ACT, which I think reset them for the BCM.

Here is the list of versions with file specific info -
