So I have removed spybot and I do have Windows Defender activated on my
system. I still can't forward on Windows live, however I do see a new choice
here that I don't know what to put. Under servers I have the option of:
Log on using text authentication
Log on using secure password authentication
Log on using Authenticated POP (APOP)

What do I mark there (I can't leave it unmarked), can that be the problem.
I have tried fowarding with each one of those checked.

Also now I have played with the connection because I was thinking maybe that
as the problem. Now it keeps on trying to dial, but it never did that
before. I have wireless, DSL and bluetooth.

Always use "Log on using clear text authentication" unless your
mail provider tells you otherwise.

For your connection, go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties,
Connection. You can either leave that box unselected (in which case it will
use whatever IE uses), or else select the Local Area Network connection.
