Anton

I have tried to format my harddrive in which I have a
previous version of win2000 installed but I am unable to
format the drive. Does anyone know how to do it? I also
miss the startdisc if there is one included in win2000
since it isnt my computer. I only have the cd. Thanks for
looking.

1. Get into your BIOS setup.
2. Make the CD drive your primary boot device.
3. Pop in your Win2000 CD.
4. Reboot the PC.
5. Select "Install Win2000" when prompted.
6. Select "Format drive C:" when prompted.

You will, of course, lose all information on drive C:.
