Every time I start up my computer, it looks like everything is booting up
fine until I get a Windows dialogue box saying: The system has recovered from
a serious error.

The Error signature is this:
BCCode : a BCP1 : FFFFFF94 BCP2 : 00000002 BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : 804D9573 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 0_0 Product : 768_1

The files included in the report are:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini041505-06.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

I tried to just delete these, which didn't work and I probably shouldn't
have done. The files come back. I have no idea how to fix this "serious
error". Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
JMR

Try installing xp cd (In BIOS is good,as you need to adjust to boot to cdrw or
cdrom with xp installed),once started,at menu screen press R for recovery,
press enter key for password,then type:CHKDSK C: /R When its thru,type:
EXIT Let xp restart, remove xp cd,readjust BIOS.
