Can't find Vampire configuration?

Hey, I went looking for the vampire configuration on the xpefiles.com
website, and couldn't find it. Could somebody please direct me to
where I can get it?

I'm redoing it, as a couple of people reported bugs with it. As soon as
I figure out where the blinking flip my IDE cable has gone so I can boot
my PC, I'll be working on it. I can no longer work on it during office
hours, as, basically, we don't need it there any more.
