You should still see it in Explorer if it hasn't been
formatted, but you won't see it if it doesn't ahve a
prtition defined... A new drive won't have a partition on
it. Look in the System Manager and see if it says the
disk has Unallocated space... If this is the case use the
DISKPART command at the "DOS" command line to create a
patition...
