Can't find "Single-Click Web Style" link

I just reformatted my c drive (quick format) using
my XP Home disk and re-installed XP. Everything
looked perfect and fresh with one exception. I
could not find a link to single-click web style
layout and I suspect the file or link was missing
or something like that during installation.

Is there any way to locate/restore this link?

open My Computer, go up to Tools, Folder Options. on general tab at the
bottom, you should see single-click to open an item option.
