Can't find second hard drive

Installed an old hard drive as the slave, and I can't
located it under "my computer". Device manager says the
device is working fine. Went to disk management to attempt
to name the drive, but the only option that I am give
is "delete partition".

Any suggestions on the next step?

My second hard disk had GoBack installed. After disabling
and uninstalling it, the disk is recognized under my
computer.

Maybe you could try deleting then recreating the partition(s).
Then format the newly partitioned drive.
