Can't find Performance and Maintenance Applet in CP

Since I switched Control Panel to Classic View, I cannot
find Performance and Maintenance tasks. How do I go back
to Category View?
 
Click it on the left hand side of the window under Control Panel where it says Switch To Category View.
 
Unfortunately, I do not have that option. All I see are
the applets.
