I have a 2003 domain with about 150 machines. I have just
put xp sp2 on my laptop and now, when I go to Windows
explorer and look up Microsoft networks, all I get is a
cache list of what was there before, and it only see's my
machine. What do I need to change to see all of my
machines?

I have but no good. It seems that sometimes I get it and
some times I don't. After a reboot I loose it again.

NetBIOS over TCP/IP enabled on all computers?
Using DHCP from the 2003 server should make this enabled by default.
Also, although it isn't related to browsing, make sure your DNS is set up
properly - all servers and workstations should specify *only* the internal
AD-integrated DNS server's IP address in their network settings. The
AD-integrated DNS server should be set up with forwarders to your ISP's DNS
servers for external resolution.
