cant find Internet explorer

hi, my son has his own computer. He is using IE 6 but the problem is, according to my son, he did a disk cleanup and deleted some of the components on the computer accidentally. Now i we cant open internet explorer(no icon or anything)
Is there any way we can recover it and once again use it

What about using the executable itself?
If he hasn't deleted iexplore.exe then use that. If it is not
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" then search for it.
