Can't find/install two .dll files from I386 on CD Rom

I am having a problem installing Windows 2000
professional. During the eraly part of the install, I get
a error message that each of the following 2 files cannot
be found on the CD,

AGENTCTL.DLL
DOCPROP2.DLL
These 2 files are in the I386 folder on the CD and I can
see them with windows explorer. However, when I do the
install the program cannot find them and I am forced
to "skip" them during the install. I have copied these 2
files onto a floppy disk. How and where do I install them
ont my hard drive?

A search of my Windows 2000 installation reviles that these
files are found in the following folders.

agentctl.dll 136 KB (140,048 bytes)

\WINNT\system32\dllcache
\WINNT\msagent

docprop2.dll 297 KB (304,912 bytes)

\WINNT\system32
\WINNT\system32\dllcache
