Can't find clipboard viewer utility

Hi, does anybody know why I can't find the clipboard
viewer utility on XP professional although add/remove
program shows that it is installed?
If it is installed, where is it?

Type CLIPBRD at the Start | Run line.

Perform the following:

1. Right-click on your Desktop and select: NEW > SHORTCUT
2. In the Create Shortcut window, type in: CLIPBRD.EXE , and click "Next"
3. In the next window, type in: ClipBook Viewer , and click "Finish"
4. A ClipBook Viewer shortcut icon will appear on your Desktop.

C:\WINDOWS\system32. There lives the clipboard viewer on my machine.
