can't find certain modules

My computer hasnt' been running too well. I discovered that a few files were
missing as well as certain modules. I deleted dpi.exe and dusker,exe . Are
they necessary? They were listed on mcafee as unwanted programs and I
couldn't clean or quarantine them.
