cant' find c:\Nail.exe

Upon booting up my computer, I have Windows XP, I get a message that the file
C:\Nail.exe could not be found. With that I am experiencing just basic issues
with downloading off the internet, opening files on my computer and a general
slow down of functions.

How can I fix this?

Check your computer for malware. No executable should be located there, and
that is a clear indication that your computer is infected (the others you
mentioned are symptoms of malware as well).

Thank you so much, I got a malware program and it cleaned it all up; both the
error message and the process programs are gone.
