Can't fill forms with hebrew

It happend to me on several computers.
It happens in both ie 5 and 6 with and w/o xpsp2.
I can see hebrew in all sites, but I can't fill any
hebrew forms, if I copy and paste the hebrew it's fine
but if I try to type it directly I get:
יױ
יױ
this kind of things.

Please advice,

You might try the following and see if it will work for you:

Language change:

Open Explorer
Click on Tools (on toolbar)
Select Internet Options
Select General tab
Click on Languages tab
Click on Add
Scroll down the list of languages and select Hebrew
Click OK
Select the Hebrew and click Change
Ok again
Ok to close Internet Options
