Can't figure out how to send message

I'm trying to contact someone, but have never used the whole thing before.
What do I put when the "set up email servers" comes up after I press send
and all?

Check your ISPs website who is probably also your email provider for instructions on setting up your email account. The instructions for OE apply to WM as well.

Hi, it appears everyone is having trouble with windows mail, I never used it
before and tried to use it and its acting crazy. I guess they are
experiencing tech. trouble after seeing the large amount of post here.

I don't know how you reached that conclusion. WM works fine for me and many
others. Many of the problems you see are caused by AV programs or the user.

On a percentage basis, very few are having trouble. Only the ones with
trouble post here, which gives you a distorted picture.
If you need help, describe your problem, complete with any error
messages.
