Cant enter the system!!

When i restart the computer, it loads XP (home), but once
it's about to load the desktop, it gets stuck on a blue
screen. No Icons, No start menu bar, Nothing, just a
blue screen. Help!
 
Hi Sandy,

Have you tried loading Safe mode or the last known good configuration by
hitting F8 at startup?
